Lisa Faulkner may still be basking in the afterglow of her beautiful wedding to John Torode, but the presenter and actress' skin has always looked flawless.

The mum-of-one always looks glowing whilst on TV, and recently, even posted some behind-the-scenes photos of her honeymoon, revealing that her complexion is just as enviable without any make-up on!

Lisa recently posted a stunning, make-up-free selfie over on her Instagram - prompting one of her 219,000 followers to ask the secret behind her clear and glowing skin.

And luckily, Lisa herself replied - giving us all an insight into how the chef's skin always looks so lovely.

When the fan explained that they would love to know her skincare routine and the products she uses, Lisa told them that she mostly relies on one skincare range, saying that it has 'completely changed' her skin.

She wrote in a comment replying to a fan, 'I use @mariereynolds_london skincare and supplements and she has completely changed my skin xx'.

Marie Reynolds - or Marie Reynolds London, as her brand is named - is a UK skin health expert, who also sells supplements to help with skincare.

And while Lisa didn't share the exact products she uses in her recent post, she has actually revealed them to fans on her Instagram stories in the past!

She told her followers that she uses the Marie Reynolds Restore Mask "all the time", which is said to provide "anti-inflammatory, rejuvenating, and brightening qualities". It's not the cheapest, on sale for £68, but if Lisa swears by it, we might be willing to give it a go!

The 47-year-old also shared that she loves a more affordable product from the range - the Anoint oil, which is on sale for just £24.99. Lisa said that she uses it as a night cream.

And finally, she revealed that another of her favourites is the "game-changer" Skin Quencher, a hydrating blend of Squalene, Matrixyl 3000, and Hyaluronic Acid. It's normally available for £37.99, but is sadly sold out online at the moment.

Of course, Lisa Faulkner doesn't only rely on skincare to help keep her looking and feeling good. In a 2018 interview with Irish News, she shared that she loves yoga for keeping fit, as well as regular walks with the dogs.

She said, "I've done yoga for the past nearly 20 years and I absolutely love it. It does more for my head than it does for my body.

"I walk my dog wherever I can. I try and walk every day, even if it's just 25 minutes or half an hour of walking."
