This new foundation from Illamasqua is enriched with Vitamin E and Hyaluronic acid for your most radiant finish yet
We love the lit from within look.
Finding the best foundation for your skin is not a task to take lightly. With so many brands and formulations out there, it can be difficult to know where to even start.
But we love this new, highly anticipated offering from Illamasqua for its seamless finish and skin-nourishing ingredients.
Released today, the Illamasqua Beyond Foundation blurs pores and evens skin tone, while moisturising and protecting skin. And while everyone has their own idea of what the best foundation looks like, these are the universal qualities we all look for in a good one.
What makes the new Illamasqua foundation so good?
While shopping for a foundation that doesn't cake or gather in fine lines becomes more difficult as we age, Illamasqua's new Beyond foundation is enriched with the skincare wonder ingredients Hyaluronic Acid and Vitamin E. (Don't you just love a foundation that prioritises skincare?)
Where hyaluronic acid works to intensely moisturise and plump skin to reduce fine lines, Vitamin E works to protect the skin from environmental stressors like pollution, while also boosting collagen.
It's unsurprising, then, that Illamasqua's foundation glides on smoothly, and gives a gorgeous, naturally radiant finish. And it has the added bonus of being vegan and cruelty-free.

How do I know what shade I am?
Illamasqua's Beyond foundation is suitable for all skin tones, and comes in 25 shades. Whether you have warm, neutral or cool undertones, the foundation is designed to give you that "second skin" effect. But it's not uncommon for skin tones to have varying undertones. So how do you choose a foundation colour that best matches your skin?
"Makeup is a very personal and bespoke element of beauty, so while identifying your shade, Illamasqua encourages you to look not only at your face – but also your neck and décolletage to ensure the face and body have a consistent shade and seamless flow," the brand advises.
"What’s more, to avoid buying multiple foundation shades, decide if you would rather enhance Warm, Golden or Cool tones, and establish whether any colour correction is required to achieve your desired look. For example, if you struggle with Rosacea or areas of redness, rather than opting for Rose which may closely match your natural undertone, you may instead wish to select a Golden undertone to neutralise the redness and balance out the complexion."
Available from both Illamasqua and Look Fantastic, this is definitely a foundation set to make waves in the beauty industry. And if it's your first purchase from Illamasqua, be sure to use the code NC10 for 10% off.
