Do you struggle to curl your hair with traditional tongs and wands? If so, the low-effort hair tool Amal Clooney's stylist uses to create her glam loose waves is well worth getting to know.

The lawyer, author and activist never fails to look strikingly gorgeous when she steps out for high-profile events. And we've been treated to insider information about how she styles her enviably long and thick hair amid her recent appearance at The Clooney Foundation's 2026 Albies gala.

Attending the special evening alongside husband George, Amal looked ethereal in a shimmering gold gown, with her hair worn in tousled-yet-glam loose curls.

Amal's tresses were styled with serious body and shine, while the subtle blonde tones within her brunette colour added stunning dimension.

Of course, Amal has trusted celebrity hairstylist Dimitris Giannetos on hand to get her hair looking photo-ready before glitzy events. But the hair expert revealed that he reached for a clever and affordable hair tool that he's "in love with" to create Amal's latest look.

In a post shared on Dimitris’ Instagram account, he confirmed that the TYMO Curlpro was the smart tool behind Amal's cascading curls.

Penning a caption alongside a video of Amal having her makeup done by Charlotte Tilbury artists, he wrote: "I'm in love [with] the Curlpro. It helps me create the iconic loose undone waves."

The TYMO Curlpro is a gadget that will no doubt pique your interest if you find curling your hair with traditional wands and tongs a little fiddly or tricky.

The clever tool takes the work and precision out of heat styling and promises "effortless curls at the touch of a button" with brilliant results. Oh, and did we mention that Julia Roberts loves it, too?

For worn-in waves like Amal's, curl the hair from the mid-lengths to the ends only, and don't worry about all of the curls looking totally uniform. Then, brush the waves out with a gentle brush before finishing off with a swipe of smoothing oil and a spritz of shine spray.
