This easy strawberry smoothie contains both strawberries and raspberries for plenty of vitamin C, as well as banana for fibre and potassium and pomegranate juice. These ingredients combined give you a really smooth smoothie drink that's got plenty of health benefits and also a really filling and tasty start to the day. Enjoy this smoothie first thing in the morning to kickstart your metabolism, or enjoy it whenever you get a craving for a naughty treat during the day. It's quite naturally sweet, thanks to the fruit in it, so you won't need to add any other sweeteners like sugar or even honey.

You can replace the soya yogurt with either soya milk, or even nut milks, if you'd prefer. You can find a variety of nut milks in the supermarkets that are inexpensive and a nice replacement for the soya. Depending on how thick you want this, you can either choose yogurt or milk, or you can even use coconut milk if you prefer.

This easy strawberry smoothie is a great way to help keep your healthy eating plan on track. Enjoy it once a day for a healthier choice than say, toast, for breakfast for example.
