Method
Mix all the ingredients together, divide between 4 bowls and drizzle with vinegar and oil. This salad is lovely when served with crusty bread and salted butter.
Ingredients
- 350g (12oz) tuna (we like Charles Basset tuna in extra virgin olive oil or jarred albacore tuna, from most supermarkets)
- 2 avocados, peeled and sliced
- 300g (10oz) cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1⁄2 a large cucumber, peeled, deseeded and thinly sliced
- 100g (4oz) salad leaves
- red wine vinegar and olive oil, to drizzle
