Mia and Mike Tindall spent some time together this weekend as they supported the Help For Heroes' Battle of the Balls Fundraiser.

Although Mike Tindall has admitted having three children has made it harder to exercise, on Sunday he was able to exercise with his eldest daughter as he showed off his sporting abilities.

Mike and his eldest daughter Mia attended a fundraiser football match between Gloucester City Legends and Rugby for Heroes at New Meadow Park in Gloucester.

8-year old Mia was photographed cheering her dad on from her the dugouts and even had her face painted in support of the team. After the match, Mia was seen running around and kicking the ball, while also clinging onto her dad's arm.

Mia's parents are both former athletes, so the youngster likely has some strong genetic gifts when it comes to sports. Mike Tindall is a former rugby player who was a member of the England squad from 2000 to 2011. Zara, Princess Anne's daughter is a British equestrian who has previously competed in the Olympics, just like her mother, the Princess Royal.

Mia is one of the Queen's great-grandchildren and the oldest of Mike and Zara's three children.

Mia is 8 years old, Lena is 3 years old, and their brother Lucas is less than a year old. Zara gave birth to Lucas in March 2021 and Mike revealed that Zara ended up giving birth on the bathroom floor of their home at Gatcombe Park, after going into labor unexpectedly early.

"Fortunately the midwife who was going to meet us at the hospital wasn't that far away, so she drove up just as we had assumed the posit and the second midwife arrived just after the head had arrived," he said on his podcast just a few days after the birth.

The couple had their son baptized last year in an unusual double christening with Princess Eugenie's son August.
