Fergie has raced to the defense of her son-in-law, Jack Brooksbank, after photos of him partying alongside three women were published.
- Fergie has shut down the suggestion Jack Brooksbank was up to no good.
- The royal says he was just 'doing his job' on a Capri boat trip with three female friends.
- In other royal news, author Sarah Ferguson opens up on ‘Bad Fergie’ in interview about her new book and mental health.
Mother-in-laws might well get a bad reputation but it seems that Sarah Ferguson is far from a monster in law. In fact, the royal has leaped to the defense of her younger daughter Princess Eugenie's hubby Jack Brooksbank.
Jack became the target of some not-so-kind press attention after the Daily Mail (opens in new tab) published photos of him partying alongside three glam female friends on a boat party in Capri.
Although a picture is worth a thousand words, not one of those words contextualized why the royal spouse was away without his wife and young son August.
While appearing on the One Show (opens in new tab) Fergie said Jack, "is a man of such integrity." The loyal in law added, "he's just one of my most favorite people. I call him James Bond actually."
She went on to explain that Eugenie's husband, who works as an ambassador for Casamigos Tequila, was there in a professional capacity. Casamigos sponsor the Unicef Summer Gala, which is held on the Italian island of Capri.

Jack and Princess Eugenie's nuptials, held in 2018, was one of the last public events attended by Prince Philip before his death earlier this year. The princess, who was very close to her grandpa, shared a beautiful photo of the Duke of Edinburgh and the Queen on what would have been his 100th birthday.
Since their big day, the happy couple have also welcomed their son August. The adorable tot is getting a lot of attention, especially as royal fans can't help but notice baby August's resemblance to the Queen.

The happy family of three have been living in Frogmore Cottage, which is famously the UK residence of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
The decision to rent their home might well have added to the reasons that Princess Eugenie is one of Harry and Meghan’s favorite royal family members—you can't beat a good tenant!
