The presenter has received support from followers after sharing a running update on Instagram
Fans have praised Gok Wan's healthy-looking physique after he shared an update on his running progress on Instagram.
Like many people, the presenter completed the Couch to 5k challenge during lockdown in a bid to improve his fitness levels, and has since kept up his running habit.
"First run in slightly warmer weather... not gonna lie... I don’t like sweating... this is gonna be fun... #haveimentionedirunnow," he wrote alongside a photo of himself in running gear.

Gok's followers were quick to complement his physique following months of running – as well as recommending he wear shorts due to the UK's mini heatwave.
"The weight is dropping off you Gok looking so good," wrote one, while another added, "well done you are looking fantastic x".
Meanwhile a third fan commented, "You look so slim you gorgeous guy xx".
