HOW TO MAKE MOZZARELLA SALAD WITH CHERRY TOMATOES
Ingredients
- 500g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 x 125g packs of buffalo mozzarella, roughly torn
- a handful of fresh basil leaves, roughly torn
for the dressing
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1tsp caster sugar
- 3tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method
- Put the cherry tomatoes, mozzarella and basil leaves in a large bowl and stir well to combine.
- In a separate bowl, mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad. Season well with salt and freshly ground black pepper and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
