Buckingham Palace confirm Meghan and Harry's last royal engagement will take place next week alongside the Queen and the Cambridges
Meghan and Harry will undergo their last official royal engagement next week - a Commonwealth Day service at Westminster Abbey.
- The couple will appear alongside the royal family for the first time since they announced they are to step down as senior members of the royal family in January
- Sussexes will also appear at the Endeavour Awards in London on Thursday
- This follows royal news that Meghan's decision to leave baby Archie in Canada while she travels to the UK with Harry could cost up to $50k in security costs
The Commonwealth Day service in London on 9 March will be broadcast live on BBC One and across the BBC World Service.
Harry and Meghan will join the Queen, Prince William and Kate Middleton for the engagement.
International boxing champion Anthony Joshua will deliver a reflection at the event, and singers Alexandra Burke and Craig David will perform.
The Queen and the royal family will meet people involved in the service and walk past the Commonwealth flag bearers as they leave.
Buckingham Palace have declined to say whether Meghan is already in the UK, but she will be attending the Endeavour Fund Awards with Harry on Thursday.
The couple also attended the 2018 and 2019 ceremonies together, while Harry attended with brother William in 2017.

When are Meghan and Harry stepping down?
The Sussexes will drop their HRH titles and step away from the monarchy completely for a more private life, mainly based in North America, from 31 March.
They made the bombshell announcement in January, stating, 'We intend to step back as senior members of the Royal Family and work to become financially independent.
'We now plan to balance our time between the United Kingdom and North America.
'This geographic balance will enable us to raise our son with an appreciation for the royal tradition into which he was born, while also providing our family with the space to focus on the next chapter.'
