  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy

  2. Serve chilled or with ice


  • 1 small pear (approximately 3 oz./85 g), peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 small banana (approximately 2 3/4 oz./80 g), peeled
  • 1 cup (8 fl. oz./240 ml) skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon sweetener
