Princess Anne took on another royal engagement yesterday as she attended an event at The Tower of London in a stunning crimson dress.

Just yesterday Princess Anne appeared on the Isle of Wight and delighted fans in a jazzy striped shirt with on-trend upturned collar, for a royal engagement.

Now the senior royal has been pictured at another royal engagement, showing just how busy she is while other royals take time off - including Prince William and Kate, who have these adorable summer plans.

On Wednesday The Princess Royal, along with husband Timothy Laurence, visited the moat at the Tower of London, to view Superbloom - where 20 million seeds have been sown into the moat to create a new naturalistic landscape.

The blooms, which have been planted to mark The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee, will also introduce a new biodiverse habitat for wildlife.

Princess Anne's busy schedule shows just why she regularly wins the title of the hardest working royal, as she did back in 2021. Analyzing each royal's total number of engagements and days of work recorded on the Court Circular, it showed that Princess Anne undertook the most engagements in 2021. With a total number of working days of 170 and 179 engagements.

The royal took a tour of the moat on Wednesday and then went on to meet some of the Superbloom volunteers and staff who worked on the display.

Princess Anne wore her hair swept up to show off the large collar on her crimson, button-down dress, which fell just below the knee. She paired her dress with Mary Jane heels and a black shoulder bag.

The daughter of the Queen, whose two engagement rings have this similarity, put on another fashionable display earlier this week -  wearing an on-trend striped and upturned collared shirt to visit the Mountbatten Hospice, which was celebrating its 45th anniversary.  During her Isle of Wight visit, she also met young sailors and opened new accommodation for a Youth Charity and Maritime training base.
