A close friend of Kate Middleton's has revealed that the Duchess rolled her eyes when discussing Meghan Markle's hit TV show Suits

The Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, once 'rolled her eyes' when someone mentioned Meghan Markle's show Suits while in conversation with the Duchess.
- In an interview to celebrate the Duchess of Cambridge turning 40, a close friend spoke to The Times about Kate.
- Briefly in the interview, the royal insider revealed Kate's feelings towards her sister in law, amid rumors that the pair have an increasingly frosty relationship.

Kate Middleton recently turned 40 which has led to a lot of new interviews and discussions about the Duchess and her relationships within the royal family.
In an interview with The Times, a close friend of Kate Middleton's has revealed that although Kate is reserved, she has occasionally revealed her true feelings about certain members of the family, including her inlaws Meghan and Prince Harry.
The source revealed that in their close circle, Prince William is an open book and is 'frank about what is on his mind,' which includes talking openly about family troubles. However, the source revealed that Kate is "150 percent more reserved than William."
The friend added that even when she has revealed her true feelings, it has been in jest. They said that when Meghan Markle's television show Suits was brought up in discussion with Kate, the Duchess comically rolled her eyes but refused to say anything more damning about her sister-in-law.
In early 2021, Meghan and Harry participated in a tell-all interview with Oprah Winfrey. In this one-off television special, Meghan set the record straight when it came to rumors she made Kate cry during the royal wedding leadup, and revealed to the public "the reverse happened."
In the interview, Oprah asked Meghan, "did you make Kate cry?" The Duchess replied after taking a pause and said, "No, no, the reserve happened. And I don't say that to be disparaging to anyone."

Meghan told Oprah, "A few days before the wedding, she was upset about something pertaining to flower girl dresses. And it made me cry. It really hurt my feelings, and I thought in the context of everything else that was going on in those days leading to the wedding, it didn't make sense to not be just doing whatever everyone else is doing, which was trying to be supportive knowing what was going on with my dad and whatnot."
However, Meghan added that this was now water under the bridge Kate apologized to her soon afterward.
"It was a really hard week of the wedding, and she was upset about something,” said Meghan. “But she owned it, and she apologized, and she brought me flowers and a note apologizing. She did what I would do if I knew that I hurt someone, to just take accountability for it."
Meghan added that although this story was misconstrued and leaked to the press, if it had been down to her, she would have protected Kate from a story like that emerging in the press.
"I would have never wanted that to come out about her ever, even though it had happened," said Meghan. "I protected that from ever being out in the world."
Although Meghan and Kate may be on relatively good terms with one another, reports suggest that their respective husbands, Prince William and Prince Harry, have ‘no immediate possibility of any reconciliation’ as it isn’t ‘wanted on either side.’
