Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes sent out an hilariously over the top personalised Christmas card

Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes have sent out their 2019 Christmas card.

And fans are absolutely loving how over the top their photo choice is for this year.

The TV presenting couple, who host daytime talk show This Morning together, have left fans, and presumably friends who received the card, in hysterics with their dramatic photo choice for the season’s couple’s card.

Rather than going down the romantic route, the TV couple, who have been married for nine years, opted for the dramatic with their own take on Downton Abbey.

The pair dressed as Downton Abbey’s the Earl and Countess of Grantham, appearing on the card in front of a fireplace with a traditional and elegant Christmas tree making an appearance on the other side of the card.

On the wall behind the fireplace sits a large portrait of the couple dressed in their usually daily outfits.

The card reads, ‘Wishing you an Abbey Christmas’ written out like a film title, with ‘December 2019’ below it and the pair’s names above as if they are the main characters of the movie.

Ruth and Eamonn’s fellow This Morning star Rylan Clark-Neal shared the hilarious Christmas card with the public after he received it from the couple.

Taking to his Instagram page, he posted a snap of the festive offering for his over one million followers to see, captioning the post, ‘Christmas card game has been upped this year 😂😂😂 @eamonnholmes @ruthlangsford’.

And fans were absolutely loving it.

Followers left streams of laughing face emoji symbols, with many commenting that they were in hysterics from the card.
