Jennifer Garner has one concern about the 'Bennifer' reunion

Jennifer was married to Ben Affleck for over 10 years and they have three children together

Sometimes it's awkward seeing your ex move on, but Jennifer Garner seems largely supportive of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's rekindled romance. From a parent's standpoint though, she has some concerns.

The actor and J.Lo shared they are officially back together after a passionate PDA during a dinner where Ben met the singer's children. This led some fans to question whether or not J.Lo has met Ben's kids yet.

Well, not if Jennifer Garner can help it, at least for now. One source revealed to In Touch that the mom thinks it's "way too soon" for J. Lo to meet their kids: Violet Affleck, 15, Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck, 12, and Samuel Garner Affleck, nine. The source also added that Jennifer and Ben have different parenting styles, which may also be why she wants to hold off on introductions right now.

“They don’t see eye-to-eye about how their three children should be raised,” the insider shared with In Touch. “Just because Emme and Max [J. Lo and Marc Anthony’s twins] have met Ben and think he’s great, doesn’t mean Jen wants to follow in J. Lo’s footsteps with Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel.”

Since their divorce in 2018, Jennifer and Ben have worked together to co-parent their children and have even been photographed together at their kids' social events and extracurriculars.

This doesn't meet that the kids will never meet J. Lo. But the Yes Day actress just wants to wait until the Bennifer reunion is more serious before formal introductions are made, the source added.

"Jen will give the introduction the go-ahead when she feels confident that Ben and J. Lo are going the distance and the children feel settled and comfortable enough to be around her,” they said. “She doesn’t do double standards and applies the same rule to her own partners.”
