Fans loved the Love Island finale and were delighted to watch as the fan-favorites Ekin-Su and Davide were crowned the winners of the beloved series.

When is the Love Island reunion 2022

The Love Island reunion show is set to broadcast on Sunday, August 7, 2022, at 9pm for an hour and thirty minutes.

The final episode of the series aired on Monday, August 1, 2022, which means that the Islanders have had just under a week to watch some of their highlights on the show, get all the off-screen gossip, and adjust to life outside of the villa.

What will the Love Island Reunion 2022 be about?

The traditional format for the Love Island reunions is pretty different from the usual Love Island show. Rather than being based in the iconic Mallorca villa, this event usually takes place at another location in the UK.

All of the former Islanders from throughout the season are invited to this end-of-series wrap party and mingle with one another over drinks. It is thought that most of the former Islanders were in attendance, but some contestants such as Jacques O'Neill were notably absent.

There have been rumors that this 2022 reunion show has led to some bust-ups. One report has suggested that Islanders Coco Lodge and Summer Botwe got into a 'heated' discussion and producers were forced to intervene.
