Would you like to experience a meal cooked by Michelin-starred chefs, and help to raise money for a good cause? Look no further – the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK’s Dining With The Stars event is one you won’t want to miss.
The event, which is now in its fifth year, is organised by Stephanie Moore, widow of the late Bobby Moore, in a bid to raise money for the cancer that killed the world-class footballer in 1993. This exclusive evening will bring together five renowned chefs including Tom Sellers and Jason Atherton, who will each deliver a course for an exclusive audience of just 200 guests.
The evening will also be hosted by BBC’s Louise Minchin and actor Alexis Conran, who have both successfully tried their hand at cooking themselves whilst appearing on Celebrity Masterchef in 2016. It will take place on Monday 20th February at Goldsmith’s Hall in London, and will begin at 6.30pm.
Bobby’s friends from the sporting world are also expected to attend in support this year – so you may well be rubbing shoulders with some of the world’s finest athletes too.
Stephanie Moore, founder of the Bobby Moore Fund for Cancer Research UK, said: “Dining with the Stars is a wonderfully glamorous event that brings together the very best from the world of fine dining to give guests a truly memorable evening. It’s a highlight in many food lovers’ calendars – and understandably so – as not only is it a very special culinary experience, it raises money to help beat bowel cancer, the disease that took Bobby too soon.”
Bowel cancer is one of the most common types of cancer diagnosed in the UK, affecting mainly people over the age of 60.
The price for tables of ten start from £5000. To enquire about tickets to the Bobby Moore Fund’s Dining with the Stars, please contact Emily.email@example.com.
