Our summer chicken recipes are light, tasty and ideal enjoyed outdoors on a hot summer’s day. We’ve got plenty of recipes including salads, like our classic Caesar salad recipe, chicken skewer recipes, chicken wings, chicken burger recipes and plenty more.

In the summer, when the weather is good and the sun is shining we tend to opt for lighter recipes that won't weigh us down so much. Chicken is ideal as it’s not too heavy and it goes really well with the refreshing flavours of the season. We pair chicken with all sorts of interesting flavour combinations, like mango in our chicken and mango salad, or with pineapple salsa in our jerk chicken recipe.
