    For the salad:150g (5oz) Gorgonzola, roughly crumbled 2 pears, cored and cut into wedges 50g (2oz) walnut halves 1 bag mixed leaves

    1 Place all dressing ingredients in a bowl; season well. Whisk rapidly with a fork, ensuring it is well combined.
    2 Divide the ingredients for the salad between 4 plates. Drizzle with the dressing and serve immediately.
