Deliciously Ella Every Day is the second book by super blogger Ella Woodward (or Deliciously Ella as she's often referred to), packed full of simple recipes that are meat free, dairy free, sugar free and gluten free but have been created to fit in with your lifestyle, so it never feels like you're denied anything.
After being diagnosed with postural tachycardia syndrome, or PoTS (which causes your blood pressure to rapidly increase when standing up and often results in fainting) and having to take handfuls of medication every day as a result, Ella decided to change her diet radically in the hope that it would help alleviate her symptoms. A few years on, and a successful blog and tens of thousands of Instagram and Twitter followers later, Ella's second book, Deliciously Ella Every Day, aims to share easy recipes that will nourish and leave you feeling and looking your best.
Here, we have 3 new Deliciously Ella Every Day recipes to share...
1. Pad Thai
In Deliciously Ella's pad Thai recipe, Ella has substituted most of the noodles for courgette and carrots and the nutty sauce is perfectly fragrant, with the perfect crunch from the cashew nuts. This recipe will certainly stop you from being tempted by the takeaway menu as it's so simple to throw together and all the ingredients you'll either have in your fridge or storecupboard.
2. Chocolate caramel slices
After a sweet fix? Deliciously Ella's chocolate caramel slices will do just the trick. This easy no-cook recipe is packed with nuts and sweet Medjool date. You won't be able to stop at one...
3. Black bean burgers
For a really filling dinner that's ready in just 10 minutes (and is ideal for when you've just come home from the gym, exhausted), Deliciously Ella's black bean burgers are a dream. Pile lettuce, tomatoes, onions (or whatever else you love in your burger) on and serve with a side of sweet potato wedges for a real winner of a meal. This is also a great recipe for a casual gathering with friends; simply let them build their own dream bean burger.
