M&S spring collection picks
The floral jumpsuit
It might be part of the spring collection but this all-weather jumpsuit will give you extra wardrobe mileage. Whilst you can show it off in summer with sandals and a straw bag, it’ll look equally good in winter with a leather jacket and some heeled boots.

Forget plain Jane blouses, pattern shirts are this season’s staple and this one looks just as great with jeans as it does a pair of tailored trousers. For a more relaxed look, open the collar and layer lots of minimal necklaces.
John Lewis spring collection picks
The shirt dress
Kin is John Lewis's own label. The shirtdress is the dress that comes back season after season, but this one is our pick of them all, Not only does it nod to the western trend, making it ideal for wearing with heeled boots, it’s the perfect midi length AND it even has a wide tie-waist which gets double points from us for being more flattering.

The hanky skirt
Last season the satin slip skirt was everywhere and this season the style not only comes in other materials but they’ve made it even more flattering. This one has two tiers to ensure it skims seamlessly and the burnt orange colour makes it suitable for the later seasons too. Well worth the investment.

The fit and flare dress
Florals for spring might not be ground-breaking but finding a blooming marvellous dress that is not only pretty but fits great too, is. This one is angel sleeved, meaning it slims down arms and the ruching at the bust will show off your best assets too.
The denim jumpsuit
If a boiler suits feel a little scary, this pinafore style number is the perfect compromise. You can layer a t-shirt or fineknit under it for those colder spring months and then dare to bare a bit with a kimono thrown over on your holiday. It’s also a bargain!
Happy shopping!
