Don't miss these 'In demand' buys from the latest M&S homeware collection – all under £40

After visiting the new flagship store, I've curated an editor's recommendation list of the items to shop this week

Call it an occupational habit, but I spend a lot of time browsing the 'New In' section of the Marks & Spencer home section, and even then there are still gems that I miss. That's why visiting a store is always such a treat, to see the collection as a whole.

Last week I popped to the newly renovated home department of the Oxford Street Pantheon store, to shop the current homeware ranges – looking for simple solutions to update my home this season.

It just so happens that renowned interior designer Kelly Hoppen CBE played an integral role in the redesign, which is why it's such a joy to wander around. The concept was simple: "create a timeless, elegant backdrop that allows the products to take centre stage, while inspiring customers to imagine every piece in their own homes." It's safe to say the modern design does just that and more; it's an elevated shopping experience where every single item feels considered.

After shopping the new collection in person, I'm highlighting a selection of the most 'in-demand' buys and best sellers that, like me, you might have missed while scrolling online...

These items are all a mix of best-sellers and 'in-demand' pieces from the existing summer collection, but I have been given a small preview of what's to come in autumn and it's safe to say I will be doing a roundup of those too. So watch this space.

In the meantime, why not check out the new M&S autumn fashion collection, because that has already started to arrive in stores – and it's bound to sell out before the new season.
