Monsoon x Queens of Archive is the partywear collaboration we're most excited to shop this season
Think vintage-inspired prints and dresses made for dancing
When it comes to fashion collaborations, there are exciting launches landing left, right and centre at the moment. We've had Elie Saab x H&M, another drop of Victoria Beckham's GAP collection and even a pyjama collab from Karen Millen and Desmond & Dempsey.
But Monsoon x Queens of Archive is the one we've been counting down the days to shop here at woman&home, and now it's finally here. We know that the brand does the most beautiful vintage-inspired coats, and is popular with celebrities like Alexa Chung, Holly Willoughby and Laura Whitmore, plus it's the perfect time of year to do a high street edit since the brand's dresses are spot on for party season.
Just in time for the invites to arrive, this new collection brings together Monsoon's experience in occasionwear with Queens of Archive's retro boho aesthetic, resulting in pieces that feel both wonderfully nostalgic yet entirely wearable.
Prices start at £74 for a cardigan, and go up to £225 for a dress - but that's not all. There's also a childrenswear collection in matching prints, so you and your mini-me can co-ordinate for Christmas. Seriously, who can resist the pink faux fur trim leopard print coat, which is available in both grown-up and mini sizes?

In luxe corduroy and velvet, this is the perfect dress to style up or down depending on your plans. It's available in sizes XS to XL, and Monsoon advises it's a 'generous fit'. It's also machine washable, which is such a bonus.
Undoubtedly one of the standout pieces of the collection, watch as this coat sells out very quickly indeed. The sugary pink collar and cuffs are just adorable, and so is the matching coat for kids.
Nothing says party season quite like gold, and the exaggerated collar on this dress is very Queens of Archive. Shoppers spending over £60 will get free standard UK delivery, and you've got 30 days to return your order if it's not quite right.
As a big fan of leopard print, this is one of my top picks from the collection. The long, voluminous sleeves are incredibly flattering, and the tie neckline can be left open or tied in a bow. This will move beautifully when you walk. Or dance!
Statement coats and duster jackets are all over the high street at the moment, and this has to be one of the most beautiful options I've seen. The gold embroidery against the black velvet backdrop would really add glamour to a simple jeans and T-shirt combination.
Queens of Archive has built a reputation for statement-making pieces that feel as though you spent hours finding them in a vintage boutique. Full of floaty, feminine silhouettes and a sense of individuality that makes getting dressed fun, it's a British clothing brand that's well worth trying if you haven't already.
The collection offers an alternative to predictable partywear options you might see elsewhere, but I also really love that you can dress the pieces down for after Christmas too. Layer the leopard print maxi dress with a chunky knit and boots, and you've got a hardworking wardrobe essential that's well worth the investment.
