Once you’ve made a simple sugar syrup in a saucepan and allowed it to cool, simply add this to some fresh pomegranate seeds and vodka in the jar. Leave the vodka mix for at least 4 days, giving it a shake once a day. Leaving it for longer will give the flavours more time to infuse and ensure the delicate floral taste of the pomegranate seeds really comes through.
