Kate Middleton’s uncle warns Prince Harry of Royal Family split if he doesn’t “get a grip”

Gary Goldsmith, the younger brother of Carole Middleton, has never been one to hold back his opinions on the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
The millionaire recruitment consultant revealed he's "very disappointed" with Meghan and Harry last month, condemning their decision to air their grievances with the Royal Family in their bombshell Oprah interview. He has now warned the duke that he will sabotage any chance of reconciliation with Prince William and Prince Charles if he continues to speak negatively about his family to the press.
"The harsh truth—in my opinion—is that if Harry doesn’t get a grip and stop this self-indulgent episode, there will soon be no common ground or relationship to rebuild," he told Closer magazine.
Gary also called the duke's recent statements on the Royal Family an "attack" that's left everyone "astonished". In May, Prince Harry made the shocking claim on Dax Shepherd's Armchair Expert podcast that he had suffered "genetic pain and suffering" in his childhood. He also revealed he and Meghan hope to "break the cycle" of pain in raising Archie and their soon-to-be daughter. The candid comments left royal fans stunned, with many interpreting them as a direct snub to Prince Charles' parenting.
Gary went on to question Harry's motives in speaking publicly about his childhood trauma, which has been a focal point in his recent docuseries, The Me You Can't See.
"He wanted to step back and protect his wife, now he’s charging in," the Ibiza-based businessman said. "It’s an attack on the family—why do it? If you want an easy life, work it out privately and have a conversation respectfully."

Gary doesn't believe all hope is lost for the Royal Family though. He revealed the Duchess of Cambridge, whom he described as "very nurturing", is currently working on helping Prince Harry patch things up with his brother and father.
"Kate is a brilliant arbiter and peacemaker. Every bone in her body is about making friends and doing the best she can... She’s trying to mediate.”
