Watch the emotional The Me You Can't See trailer with Prince Harry and Oprah
The duo's mental health series debuts this week on Apple TV+
The Me You Can't See, a documentary series from Prince Harry and Oprah, is attempting to change the dialogue surrounding mental health. The project's newly-released trailer ensures a candid, emotional exploration of the subject.
• Apple TV will debut The Me You Can't See on May 21, and fans have been given an inside look thanks to a two-and-a-half-minute trailer.
• In this clip, we see Prince Harry, Oprah, a few celebrities, and several guests who speak frankly about issues they've experienced.
• In other royal news, Zara Tindall's awkward Prince Harry interaction at his wedding has been revealed, all thanks to the help of a lip reader.
Prince Harry and Oprah want you to know that it's OK not to be OK.
In a moving trailer for their new mental health series, The Me You Can't See, they attempt to change people's perception of mental health struggles.
"To make that decision to receive help is not a sign of weakness," Prince Harry says. "In today's world, more than ever, it's a sign of strength."

We take a look at different subjects and their personal experiences, including Glenn Close and Lady Gaga, who simply goes by her birth name Stefani.
"I don't tell this story for my own self-service," the singer says. "I've been through it, and people need help."
Each clip captures something different, but on the whole, the series is meant to rid the stigma of struggling with mental health.
This isn't the first time Prince Harry has spoken out about the topic. Just recently, he appeared on Dax Shepard's podcast to discuss mental health and essentially reiterated the same notions we hear him say in The Me You Can't See—seeking help proves you're strong, not weak. The Duke of Sussex is also attempting to help others deal with their own emotional struggles by teaming with BetterUp, a mental health company he's had personal experience using.
“As BetterUp’s first Chief Impact Officer, my goal is to lift up critical dialogues around mental health, build supportive and compassionate communities, and foster an environment for honest and vulnerable conversations. And my hope is to help people develop their inner strength, resilience, and confidence," Prince Harry said in a statement.
It appears the royal is keen on helping others find comfort when they need it most. We're anxious to see how these undertakings unfold. Be sure to watch The Me You Can't See on Apple TV.
