Eamonn Holmes has shared a worrying health update with fans. The This Morning presenter took to his Instagram page to reveals to fans that he is currently suffering with a problem with his eye.

Sharing a photo of his right eye with his almost 600,000 followers, showing them his pretty sore looking eye that had evidently become completely red and inflamed.
Appealing for advice from his loyal fans, Eamonn wrote, ‘This appeared today .....should I be worried?’.
The post got a massive response from fans, friends and acquaintances, with many of them empathising with the TV host, while some wished him well and many even gave him helpful advice to soothe and improve the condition of his eye.
‘Get some chloramphenicol drops ASAP,’ wrote TV personality Lizzie Cundy, who has previously appeared on This Morning.
‘Go to your nearest eye hospital and get this checked out,’ advised one fan, ‘#bettertobesafethansorry’.
‘I had one before,’ wrote one fan who advised Eamonn of their own previous experience and gave advice to help him along. ‘Just a burst blood vessel it went after a few days but sometimes can be a sign of high Blood Pressure so worth getting it checked xx’.
Others agreed, writing, ‘No just blood vessel that burst you will be fine 🙏’ and ‘It's a burst blood vessel. It will go away on its own x’.
While another agreed that the eye problem could be a sign of a different underlying condition, adding, ‘You need to get your blood pressure checked Eamon’.
And some tried to lighten the TV presenter’s spirits with some light-hearted banter, as one commented, ‘Should of made it a pun...‘should eye be worried?’.
Another joked that Eamonn’s painful looking eye could be courtesy of his wife and This Morning co-host Ruth Langsford, quipping, ‘What has Ruth done? 🤦♀️😂😂’.
Fingers crossed that Eamonn manages to get it all sorted and get better as soon as possible!
