Pancetta-Wrapped King Prawns with Aioli Recipe

  • 36 king prawns, raw
  • 18 pancetta slices
  • 150ml (¼pt) good-quality mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed


  • Cut the pancetta slices in half. Place each prawn at one end and roll up.

  • Place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through.

  • Mix the garlic with the mayonnaise 
and serve with the prawns straight from the oven.
