Method
Cut the pancetta slices in half. Place each prawn at one end and roll up.
Place on a baking sheet lined with baking parchment and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
Mix the garlic with the mayonnaise and serve with the prawns straight from the oven.

- 18 pancetta slices
- 150ml (¼pt) good-quality mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
