Kate Middleton wore white gold diamond drop earrings to her latest royal engagement.

Kate Middleton beamed in a sunshine yellow Karen Millen dress during a solo outing to a hospital in Surrey. The Princess paired this bright dress with a navy suede clutch and a matching pair of heeled court shoes. As to not detract from her stunning outfit, the Princess accessorized with minimalistic jewelry, which included a pair of stunning drop earrings.

Kate Middleton's white gold diamond drop earrings were made by independent jewelry designer, Emily Mortimer.

Taking to social media to share a photo of the Princess in the earrings, the designer said, "An unbelievable and incredibly proud moment for me to see Catherine, Princess of Wales wearing our Hera White Gold and Diamond Drop Earrings at her visit to the Royal Surrey County Hospital’s Maternity Unit today ✨ EM."

The Hera White Gold and Diamond Drop Earrings worn by the Princess are a tribute to the Greek Goddess Hera.

Hera is a goddess from ancient Greek mythology and is the patron saint of marriage, women, and family, she is also the protector of women during childbirth. As the Princess was visiting a maternity unit, this was clearly a well-thought-out accessory that has a sweet connection to the purpose of the engagement.

As seen on The Princess of Wales, the Hera Gold and Diamond Earrings are pear-cut drops of polished gold surrounded by the sparkliest of pavé diamonds.

During the visit, Kate Middleton cradled a tiny baby girl in a 'touching' moment. The Princess also opened up about her own birthing experiences with her three children and spoke openly about George, Charlotte, and Louis as babies.
