Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank will mark poignant celebration in private today
Princess and Eugenie and her husband celebrate a special anniversary today

Princess Eugenie and her husband of three years, Jack Brooksbank, will mark a very special anniversary this weekend.
- The couple married in October 2018.
- They then welcomed their first child, a son named August, last year.
- This follows royal news that Prince Charles is 'hopping mad' over Prince Andrew's hope for 'future role' in Royal Family
Princess Eugenie married Jack Brooksbank on October 12, 2018, at St George's Chapel - the same venue Meghan Markle and Prince Harry had married months earlier.
They celebrated their three year wedding anniversary in October 2021, but today marks four years since the couple announced their engagement.
On this date in 2018, Eugenie and Jack happily posed in front of members of the press at the Picture Gallery in Buckingham Palace to share their happy news.
A statement from Buckingham Palace read: "The Duke and Duchess of York are delighted to announce the engagement of Princess Eugenie to Mr Jack Brooksbank.
"Her Royal Highness and Mr Brooksbank became engaged in Nicaragua earlier this month.

"The wedding will take place in the Autumn of 2018 at George's Chapel in Windsor, with further details to be announced in due course."
Eugenie and Jack had been together for seven years before the romantic proposal, which took Eugenie completely by surprise.
Jack proposed in front of a volcano as the sun was setting during their trip to Nicaragua, which Eugenie described as the "perfect moment".
Eugenie told BBC's The One Show: "The lake was so beautiful. The light was just a special light I had never seen.
"I actually said this is an incredible moment, and then he popped the question, which was really surprising even though we have been together seven years.
"I was over the moon. [It was a] complete surprise. But it was the perfect moment, we couldn't be happier."
