Kate Middleton's quilted vest—how to get the royal's stylish $345 look for a lot less
Kate Middleton's quilted vest had us green with envy

Kate Middleton's quilted vest on her recent Scouts engagement has proven once again that, when it comes to nailing casualwear, the Duchess of Cambridge can do no wrong.
- Kate Middleton has wowed royal fans once again with her latest outfit, stepping out in a Ganni quilted vest, skinny jeans, and hiking boots.
- The gorgeous vest is a fall must-have, providing the perfect balance of warmth and practicality for enjoying nature in the cooler months.
- In other royal news, Prince Harry’s childhood heartbreak as he was mocked at school for habit he learned from Prince Charles.
The Duchess of Cambridge has enjoyed a streak of stellar fashion moments over the past couple of months, wowing fans with her knockout outfits on almost every royal engagement since returning to public service in September.
From Kate Middleton's stunning sparkly dress at the Bond premiere to her chiffon Self-Portrait gown at her Hold Still book launch, the glamorous mum-of-three is fast becoming the Royal Family's most stylish member.
Her elegant pieces—which are often sourced from the High Street!—are known for flying off the shelves shortly after she's worn them, proving there's really nothing the 39-year-old can't make look good.
And while we're always eager to marvel at Kate Middleton's dresses, it's refreshing to see the royal icon keep things casual from time to time—like on her recent trip to Glasgow.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge kicked off their Scotland trip for the COP26 summit with a visit to the Alexander Sports Hub in Dennistoun on Monday, where they met with a group of young Scouts for a fun-filled afternoon of ecological activities.
Kate scaled back her signature glamorous look for the outdoorsy affair, wearing a practical ensemble of dark skinny jeans, chunky boots, a black turtle neck, and a recycled Ganni army green quilted vest. She kept accessories at a minimum, completing the comfy outfit with the traditional Scouts neckerchief and leaving that famous Kate Middleton micro bag at home in Kensington Palace.
