Susanna Reid congratulated by co-host Piers Morgan after lovely announcement

Susanna Reid has been nominated for an upcoming TV award.

The Good Morning Britain presenter has been nominated for Celebrity Personality of the year at this year’s National Reality TV Awards.

The daytime TV show took to social media to announce the exciting news, posting a snap on their Instagram page of the 48-year-old presenting alongside her co-host Piers Morgan.

They captioned the photo: Congratulations to Susanna for being nominated for ‘Celebrity Personality of the Year’ at the #NationalRealityTVAwards,’ adding a witty joke reading: ‘Piers ‘couldn’t be happier for her’ 🏆 ⭐️ 😉’.

The controversial co-host also uploaded the amusing snap to his Instagram page, congratulation Susanna on her nomination.

‘Just heard @susannareid100 has been nominated for ‹Celebrity Personality of the Year 2019› at #NationalRealityTVAwards,’ he captioned the image, joking: ‘As you can see, I am thrilled for her. 😡🤬’.
