Royal Date Nights: The Duke And Duchess’ Favourite Romantic Spots

As we approach Valentine’s day and make last minute date night plans, we couldn’t help but wonder where our favourite couple, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, spend THEIR date nights? Read on to discover where William and Catherine have wined and dined from the early stages of their relationship to the present.

Most recently, the royal couple were spotted enjoying a low-key date night at their local, The Crown Inn in East Rudham, a 15-minute drive from their home in Amner Hall, Norfolk. The company’s website describes the pub as ‘outstanding Norfolk Country pub/restaurant that combines traditional period features with stunning modern-day comfort and luxury hotel accommodation.’

In October last year, William and Catherine returned to St. Andrews, the university town where they met and fell in love, dined and spent the night at the Old Course Hotel whilst Prince George and a 5-month old Princess Charlotte stayed with a nanny.

In the summer of 2014, the recently relocated couple were spotted sharing dessert The Kings Head Hotel in Great Bircham.

In March 2014, the Duke and Duchess enjoyed a baby-free evening at the Bunga Bunga bar in Battersea.

In October 2012, the couple made a rare unofficial outing to a party at Loulou’s in Mayfair. Other guests included Catherine’s sister Pippa and William’s cousin Princess Eugenie.

During their pre-wedding dating days, William and Catherine frequently dined at the Bluebird restaurant on King’s Road, Chelsea.

The quirky, pitch black restaurant Dans Le Noir? in Clerkenwell is also said to be one of the couple’s favoured dining spots for privacy.
