The Duchess of Cambridge’s sister Pippa Middleton is now amping up preparations for her big day, when she marries billionaire James Matthews on 20th May.
Yesterday, Pippa’s mother Carole Middleton, and the Duchess herself were both spotted making a trip round to Pippa’s West London home, with just over five weeks to go until the wedding. The Duchess seemed keen to make a low-key exit from the house, using her phone to shield her face.
The family members were also joined by renowned milliner Stephen Jones at Pippa and James’ home – so could Carole and Catherine be getting their headwear sorted for the special day?

And James’ reality TV star brother Spencer also put in an appearance at the house in Kensington on Thursday, suggesting the whole family are busy getting ready for the wedding day.
But it seems Spencer will be heading solo to the wedding – given Pippa’s strict policy regarding who gets an invite to her wedding day.
It’s just been revealed that his current girlfriend, Irish model, Vogue Williams has not received an invite to the wedding, because of Pippa’s ‘no ring, no bring’ policy – meaning, if you’re not married or engaged to your partner, they won’t be on the guest list.
A wedding insider told The Sun: “Pippa’s view is that Vogue’s relationship with Spencer is still very new. It wouldn’t be appropriate for her to be there after just a few months of dating.
“But some people in the circle are pretty shocked because this is her future brother-in-law, who’s going to end up attending on his own. It’s certainly raised eyebrows.”
Pippa could well be concerned about inviting someone she doesn’t know well to the close family affair, and, given that Vogue was recently linked to Laurence Fox (who was still married to Billie Piper this time last year), it somewhat unclear just how serious hers and Spencer’s relationship is this stage. The Made in Chelsea star is also famed as somewhat of a lothario, having been linked to various women over the years.
It’s also yet unknown whether or not Spencer will play a huge role in the wedding party, and whether or not he’ll be his brother’s best name, given that he missed James’ bachelor party.

So does this set a precedent for other guests – specifically Prince Harry’s girlfriend, Meghan Markle? The news could well mean that the Suits actress also won’t receive an invite to the big day, given that she and Harry have been together for little over a year and, of course, are not yet engaged.
However, if Meghan does put in an appearance at Pippa’s wedding, it could very well be a sure sign that Harry is serious about the relationship. So much so, that it could even indicate that a proposal could be on the cards.
We’ll just have to watch this space…
