Loose Women are said to be keen to add Maya Jama to their roster of permanent panellists after she proved a huge hit with viewers following her appearance on the show on Wednesday.

The 23-year-old TV presenter, who is dating grime artist Stormzy, is said to have impressed ITV bosses with her stories of sex parties and being catfished, and they believe she is exactly what is needed to keep the show current.

"Everyone loved Maya and Loose Women bosses are seriously considering making her a fulltime panellist," a source told The Sun Online.

And despite her young age, producers are said to be confident that her life experiences will make up for the fact that she is younger than other panellists.

"She's much younger than the other women but with the amount of life experience she's already had, her openness and intelligence, she can clearly make a huge contribution to an array of topics," the source added.

During her stint on the show, Stormzy's girlfriend discussed a number of topics, including being ‘catfished' in an internet chat room when she was 14-years-old, and a sex party she attended for work purposes.

Sitting alongside Andrea McLean, Penny Lancaster and Janet Street-Porter, Maya recalled the time she went undercover to Killing Kittens for a 2016 documentary, Swipe Right For Sex.

She said, "At first I was super sceptical about it and I thought this is going to be so strange. There's not like a sudden bell of 'it's time to go'.

"Slowly someone in the corner will start kissing and somebody over there will have their top off, and somebody's in the pool. (It was) pretty much (an orgy)."

Viewers were quick to sing her praises on Twitter, with one writing: "@MayaJama Loving you on #loosewomen You are like a breath of fresh air. Clever intelligent woman."
