Linda Robson wows fans as she reveals how she maintains her two-stone weight loss

Linda Robson wowed viewers as she showed off her slimmer figure in a golden bodysuit, as she returned to Loose Women on Wednesday.

Earlier this week, she and her fellow panellists were paying homage to the iconic pop star Madonna, on the eve of her 60th birthday.

Linda, 60, stunned as she replicated one of the singer’s most recognisable looks, complete with high ponytail, cone bra and chic black jacket.

The star has recently lost over two stone. And Linda’s Loose Women co-panellist Coleen Nolan couldn’t help but gush about how fabulous she looked after her weight loss – saying that she seemed “20 years younger”.

Fans of the show agreed that Linda was looking brilliant, taking to social media to share their thoughts.

One wrote, ‘@loosewomen Linda Robson looks amazing today. Loving the hair’, and another agreed, saying, ‘She’s looking incredible! So glad she’s back too!’

And a third viewer said, ‘Linda looks absolutely amazing!’

In recent years, Linda Robson has lost over two stone, after giving up alcohol and sugar. And it seems that now, she’s taken up a brand new exercise to help her maintain her recent weight loss.

On the show, she shared that in the last few weeks she’s taken to doing yoga classes. Linda revealed how she takes part in the sessions twice a week in her hometown of London, with a brand new teacher – and that that is helping her to stay in shape.

Yoga is widely regarded as brilliant exercise to help tone up our bodies. Its benefits include helping to build muscle strength and improve flexibility – and the practise also help to protect against arthritis and back pain.

Linda also revealed that she’d recently returned from a walking holiday – as part of her new, healthy lifestyle.

Linda Robson has also changed her diet dramatically in order to shed the weight.

She previously confessed that she and her former Birds of a Feather co-star Pauline Quirk have both changed what they eat – now indulging in far less bad foods than they did before.

Linda confessed, “We’ve both completely changed our diets. But while Pauline has always liked fish, I’ve had to make myself like it.

“I never have any fried food now, I don’t eat red meat and I have loads of vegetables. My only downfall is bread, which I love.”
