The Exclusive Guests Expected To Attend Pippa’s Wedding

It looks set to be the wedding of the year, but who will actually be invited to attend the wedding of Pippa Middleton and James Matthews on 20th May?

It’s just been announced that both Prince George and Princess Charlotte will play integral roles at the event in Berkshire – and of course, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be in attendance alongside their children on the big day.

It’s also confirmed that Prince Harry will attend, the pair were famously pictured getting along swimmingly at William and Catherine’s wedding.

So who else will find themselves invited?

On Pippa’s side, it seems highly likely that her various former school friends will attend. One of the names being circulated is Alice St. John Webster, who was actually in the same school year as the Duchess at the Wiltshire public school Pippa also attended.

Alice also went to university in Edinburgh with Pippa, and is even said to be good friends with one of William and Harry’s closest buds, Guy Pelly.

Alice also managed to get a spot in the Statesman’s Aisle at the royal wedding of William and Catherine, which apparently is exclusively reserved for only the couple’s closest friends.

Another friend expected to receive a prime place on the guest list is Camilla Campion-Awwad, who also went to Edinburgh with Pippa where she read English Literature. Apparently, she is also a regular visitor at the Middleton home in Buckleybury, Berkshire, and a close friend of the entire family.

George Percy may also been invited to the nuptials. He went with Pippa to university and actually has royal connections of his own – as the son of the Duke of Northumberland. It’s said that Pippa always had a soft spot for him, but the pair never dated.

And what about on James’ side? Of course, his brother Spencer Matthews will be in attendance, with many presuming that he’ll be his brother’s best man. The two brothers are actually the only two Matthews’ siblings, after their middle brother sadly died in 1999, whilst climbing Everest at the young age of 22.

And, although he’s Pippa’s brother, it’s also expected that James Middleton will be an usher for his sister’s fiancée. He could well also deliver a reading at the ceremony, having spoken already at Catherine’s wedding successfully.
