Sharon Stone was a guest of honor at The Kelly Clarkson Show and took the opportunity to weigh in on some emotional topics during her virtual sit-down.
During the interview, Kelly mentioned a post Britney Spears shared on Instagram about women who inspire her, including her sister Jamie Lynn Spears, Miley Cyrus, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Sharon, who was leading the pack.
"These cool ladies always add a spark to my day," the pop singer captioned.

"I think it's such a beautiful thing when you don't even realize your impact," Kelly said of the sweet social media gesture. Then she followed up and asked Sharon if she ever met the singer. That's when things got heavy.
"Britney wrote to me a very long and important, poignant letter during a very difficult time in her life—about the time when people would recognize her for shaving her head—wanting me to help her," Sharon said. "I was in a very difficult time in my life, and I couldn't help myself. But the truth of the matter is that we both needed help."

The talk continued to focus on the pressure young, successful women in Hollywood experience not only financially but personally.
"There is a huge breaking point, and there's a point where you get broken," Sharon said before stating that Britney's current situation is "out of control" and "awful."
After the explosive reveal of the Framing Britney Spears documentary, the star has spoken out on Instagram, saying, "I didn't watch the documentary, but from what I did see of it I was embarrassed by the light they put me in ... I cried for two weeks and well... I still cry sometimes."
She continued the post by focusing on the positives, what brings her joy, and how she aims to be kind.
