This cabbage recipe is the perfect accompaniment to your Christmas lunch - when you're serving up a turkey with all the trimmings, you can't miss out on the cabbage as it's a staple part of a successful Christmas meal.
This recipe serves 8 which is fab if you're catering to a large group, which is often the case at Christmas. If you're cooking for an even bigger group, you can easily scale up all the ingredients and make a really big batch for everyone to be able to help themselves.
You can make this recipe ahead and simply reheat it when the time comes to dish it up. This is a blessing, especially when you'll be swamped on Christmas day itself making a whole host of other recipes to go with your turkey.
