Method

  • zest and juice of 2 large limes
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 6 spring onions, sliced
  • 150g white crab meat
  • pinch dried chilli flakes
  • 3tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  • 6 tacos
