If you’re after a sweet treat in a hurry then these delicious banana and toffee flavoured banoffee pots are the perfect thing.
- 8 hobnob biscuits, crushed
- 400ml (14oz) vanilla yogurt
- 6 tbsp carnation caramel
- 2 bananas, finely sliced
- 10g (¼oz) dark chocolate, grated
Divide the crushed biscuits between 4 glasses.
Spoon in layers of the vanilla yogurt, caramel and banana slices. Sprinkle over the grated chocolate to serve.
