Lady Louise leads emotional tribute to her late grandfather Prince Philp, during the event and fans say the Queen's joy was plain to see

Lady Louise leads an emotional tribute to her late grandfather, the Duke of Edinburgh at the Windsor Horse Show. Fans couldn't deal with how moving the moment was, and how moved the Queen looked.

After it was revealed that Lady Louise would pay tribute to Prince Philip at the event for the Queen's Platinum Jubilee 2022, fans knew they were in for a treat. As Her Majesty's love of all things equine is well documented, there's no surprise that she did her level best to make the Royal Windsor Horse show. Fans were delighted to see how the Queen beamed with joy at the event.

However, the jewel in the weekend's crown was undoubtedly the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee event, which included a magnificent tribute to her favorite passion. The stunning equestrian show featured 1,300 performers and 500 horses. 

Undoubtedly, the most emotional moment for Her Majesty came towards the end of the performances, when Lady Louise took center stage. Many noticed how emotional the Queen appeared to be, seemingly welling up during her granddaughter's performance.

It's been said time and time again that Lady Louise is the Royal Family's secret weapon, and fans cannot get enough of her. One Twitter user commented, "Lady Louise Windsor was the pinnacle of grace last night. I hope the family recognise what an asset she is to them."

Lady Louise, the second youngest of the Queen's grandchildren, was announced by Alan Titchmarsh as leading a tribute to Prince Philip, driving her late grandfather's carriage. The broadcaster reminded those watching that Her Majesty isn't just the beating heart of Britain, but also a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. He also paid tribute to how she has shared her passions with her family.

Per the BBC, the equine extravaganza was, "billed as a 'personal tribute to our monarchy,'" and "the production takes the audience through more than five centuries of history."

The stunning show featured a whole host of international and national military, equestrian, and dance displays. It also featured celebrities including Tom Cruise, Helen Mirren, and Katherine Jenkins.
