Kate Middleton rain shot sends royal fans wild as they draw striking comparison with Meghan Markle
Kate Middleton rain shot is branded 'one in a million'

Eagle-eyed royal fans have noticed the latest snap of Kate Middleton caught in a torrential downpour bears a striking resemblance to a similar photograph of Meghan Markle in 2020.
- That’s because the same photographer, Samir Hussein, took both iconic photographs.
- Kate Middleton apologized for “bringing the rain with us” during a recent outing in Nassau.
- In other royal news, The Queen believed Kate Middleton 'needed a job' before marrying Prince William.
A royal photographer has been met with heaps of praise once again for catching a “one in a million” shot of the Duchess of Cambridge.
Samir Hussein is being nicknamed the King of rainy shots after capturing a mesmerizing photograph of Kate during a torrential downpour on Friday, as she and Prince William visited a primary school in Nassau.
And eagle-eyed royal fans were left delighted with the new picture, as it bears a striking resemblance to that iconic shot of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry in the rain during their farewell tour in 2020.
Flocking to social media to applaud Samir Hussein, one royal fan said, “Another set of gorgeous pics from Samir Hussein.”
Another joked, “Every time it rains, they say: ‘Activate Samir Hussein.’”

Speaking out about his talent for capturing royals in the rain, Samir said it’s something he’s incredibly proud of.
“It's a one in a million when all the elements you could wish for as a photographer come together - perfect timing, great lighting, strong symbolism, and amazing subjects make this a magical photo I am extremely proud of”
In true British fashion, the Duchess apologized for “bringing England’s rain with us,” as she addressed the school’s pupils in an assembly.
She said, “I hope you didn't get too wet coming here and apologies for bringing this British weather with us.”
Before adding, “Thank you so much for such a warm welcome.”
