A lighter and speedier version of an old favourite
Ingredients
- 8 hobnob biscuits, crushed
- 400ml (14oz) vanilla yogurt
- 6 tbsp carnation caramel
- 2 bananas, finely sliced
- 10g (Ľoz) dark chocolate, grated
Preparation
1. Divide the crushed biscuits between 4 glasses.
2. Spoon in layers of the vanilla yogurt, caramel and banana slices. Sprinkle over the grated chocolate to serve.
