A lighter and speedier version of an old favourite

Ingredients

  • 8 hobnob biscuits, crushed
  • 400ml (14oz) vanilla yogurt
  • 6 tbsp carnation caramel
  • 2 bananas, finely sliced
  • 10g (¼oz) dark chocolate, grated

Preparation

1. Divide the crushed biscuits between 4 glasses.

2. Spoon in layers of the vanilla yogurt, caramel and banana slices. Sprinkle over the grated chocolate to serve.
