Here's a first glimpse of Pippa Middleton's eagerly-anticipated new party planning book, Celebrate.
Described as a 'comprehensive seasonal guide to simple and creative entertaining', Kate Middleton's younger sister has drawn on her experience of working for both the Middleton family party-planning business, Party Pieces (run by parents, Carole and Michael Middleton) and London-based events company, Table Talk. Inside Pippa's first book, you'll find creative craft ideas, innovative party food recipes and her tips for pulling off an impressive evening whatever the occasion.
Pippa has been busy working on the book since apparently signing a six-figure deal with publishers, Penguin Books' Michael Joseph imprint last year. She has described the end result as 'a feel-good book with ideas to look forward to each month', adding: 'I hope it offers welcome inspiration and ideas, most of which needn't leave you alarmingly out of pocket.'
'Entertaining on any scale can be stressful and daunting so this is all about finding ways to manage and enjoy the process', Pippa says.
The Duchess of Cambridge isn't expected to feature in Pippa's first book, Celebrate but the close siblings do share a love of stylish entertaining, fashion and the arts.
And, although her debut isn't published until 25th October, Pippa is already creating a buzz in the book world. Michael Joseph has revealed that Celebrate is proving incredibly popular on pre-order.
