What makes a good boss? It's my principle to look for the best in every one and try to encourage their strengths. I never criticise or belittle. My parents constantly praised me, which I think was a crucial factor in my success and I try to do the same with my staff and my children. I make sure I enjoy good times with my staff too, so that when things get shaky, they rally around you. It's important not to neglect your staff.

Cadbury's Fruit & Nut. My guilty pleasure and weakness – but everyone needs a treat.
Chilling out in a hammock. There's nothing more peaceful than chilling out this way.
Negative people. There is no point in negativity. It is not productive and a negative attitude is unpleasant to be around.
Clothes shopping. I'm sure there are a lot of men out there who will agree on this one.
Losing at any sport or game. I have always had a competitive edge and I like to win!
Closing time! No one likes being told the party's over or that it's time to go home!
