HOW TO MAKE AN ESPRESSO MARTINI

Method

  1. Pour all ingredients into a blender or food processor with 4-5 cubes of ice - if using a shaker instead of a blender, fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
  2. Pour into a glass and dust with hot chocolate powder or grated dark chocolate. Add a Mikado to serve.

  • 40ml vodka
  • 20ml Tia Maria
  • 10ml agave syrup
  • 1 espresso coffee
  • grated dark chocolate, to serve
