Baked Amaretti Plums Recipe

  • 4 ripe plums
  • 40g (1½oz) butter
  • 3 tbsp marsala
  • 25g (1 oz) amaretti biscuits, crushed
  • 100g (4oz) Greek yoghurt


  • Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/400F/Gas 6. Halve the plums and remove the stones. Place in a baking dish cut side up.

  • Drizzle over the marsala then scatter with the amaretti biscuits. Add a small knob of butter on each piece of fruit the place in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes until the fruit is soft.

  • Serve with a large tbsp of Greek yoghurt.
