Method
Preheat the oven to 200C/180C fan/400F/Gas 6. Halve the plums and remove the stones. Place in a baking dish cut side up.
Drizzle over the marsala then scatter with the amaretti biscuits. Add a small knob of butter on each piece of fruit the place in the oven to bake for 10-15 minutes until the fruit is soft.
Serve with a large tbsp of Greek yoghurt.
