Kate Middleton may have a new role in Prince William and Prince Harry's relationship

Could Prince William and Prince Harry have just smoothed things over? The two brothers were seen talking after their grandfather Prince Philip's funeral service, and experts are thanking Kate Middleton for the possible friendly exchange.

No one could take their eyes off both Princes as they walked with the procession line for Prince Philip's funeral. It was clear that whoever was planning the event made sure to keep the two separated as their cousin Peter Phillips walked in between them. They were also kept separated in the church, with each brother grouped with their respective household. 

The two seemed stoic and didn't appear to interact with one another until after the church service. 

TODAY reported that Kate, Harry, and William appeared to be walking together after the service with Harry in the middle. According to royal experts too, it was Kate's presence that seemed to encourage the positive interaction.

The outlet even had body language expert and author of Be Exceptional Joe Navarro weigh in.

"I think what we can say is that if there is discord between the brothers, we don't see it here. William has set the pace, waiting for his brother to catch up, and Kate has moved to the side so that the brothers can be together," he said.

He even added that when you look at all of their body language, there seems to be a "level of comfort."

 "Even here, you see the appropriate distances each should be in relation to each other, William with a slight lead. Their proximity, their gate in synchrony, their countenance, and gaze back and forth, suggests strongly that they are getting along," he noted.

Kate has reportedly been labeled the family peacemaker, and we can see this when she eventually breaks off, leaving the two brothers alone. This is the first time Harry and William have openly spoken since the controversial interview Harry and Meghan did with Oprah. It seems that Harry has also been spotted talking with his father showing his openness to family reconciliation.
