Ingredients
- 6tbsp
master barbecue rub
- 2tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2tbsp maple syrup
- 2 sheets of lamb ribs (or have your butcher cut them up first)
You will need:
- a few handfuls of soaked wood chips (optional)
Method
Mix together the barbecue rub, mustard and maple syrup, then spread over the meaty side of the ribs. Now you can marinate them for a few hours if you like.
Heat the oven to 150C, gas 2. Put the ribs into a roasting tin and cover with foil. Bake for 2 hours.
When you’re ready to serve, prepare your barbecue. Add your wood chips to the hot coals if you are using them. Cook the ribs for around 15 minutes until browned and crispy.
